This hotel and its employees were wonderful.

This hotel made me feel important: They provided me with a shuttle to the airport so that I could make my flight on time and they left when I wanted them to.

The staff was very courteous, considerate and helpful. The food and the service in the restaurant were excellent. The location is very convenient to Mitchell International Airport and it has good access to main thoroughfares including the interstate highway.

This hotel made me feel secure: The staff was attentive. The pass key system worked. The doors looked good.

I liked that they were able to provide me a room when my flight was cancelled unexpectedly. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and quiet. The location was good and they provided a shuttle to and from the airport for me.

This hotel made me feel content: They assured me that they would provide me with a wake up call and get me to the airport in time for an early morning flight. They came through on all accounts.

The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, the room was not cleaned one day, and the original room that was supposedly non-smoking had a bad smell at check in.

I liked the convenient location and the good price.
