Howard Johnson Inn Maingate East Traveler Review

Worth the money

They have very nice facilities, we stayed from 4/4/07 through 4/6/07, and had an efficiency room. Only blip on our stay was when we first checked in and were assigned our room, we arrived to the room to find someone else already in there. A quick trip back up to the front desk resulted in our being moved to another room, along with a credit for our trouble. Biggest concern was that they had no idea who was in that room, and had no information in their system on whomever was there, and their system showed that room to be completely empty, that was a huge security concern to me, personally.

Otherwise, excellent facilities, wonderful wait staff, Internet Cafe available, good pool (open until midnight), excellent location, close to good eating (Waffle House on one side, IHOP on the other, and several good restaurants within easy walking distance), convenient to WDW and other various attractions, clean grounds, convenient parking, rooms are neat and clean, recently installed new safes in the rooms. It was an on overall very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone who asks.
