The motel ran out of coffee packets for our room the second day and never restocked. Had a hard time getting clean towels, the maid said they were all in the dryer. Lucky we brought some from home. I wouldn't stay here again. Also the breakfast was jus a couple boxes of cereal and not enough milk to go around. No one checked to see that people were getting enough breakfast. We had to go to walmart for doughnuts. Very dissapointing.

Centrally located Hotel. The hotel has gone through a huge amount of change since last I stayed. The change of mangement and front desk staff has impacted the hotel greatly. I enjoyed my time at the Killeen Howard Johnson.

The hotel has a good location, good prices and good food.

The location was adequate. There was only the telephone for the internet and three days out of the five-night stay, the telephone did not work. There were ants on my bed and couch, I purchased a can of Raid, because they didn't have another suite to move me in and by hotel policy they could not spray with an occupant in the room. Therefore, I purchased the spray. Two days later they moved me across the hall to another suite, due to the telephone being broke.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were happy to know I arrived safely, being that it was pouring rain, and happy to know I had arrived from Iraq again.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff was friendly. The room was clean but shabby-looking, with patched carpeting. Common areas were rundown, again with torn or poorly patched carpeting. The vending machines did not work.
