We all wished that we had stayed somewhere else. The room service was lousy. They only had one ice machine. They had drink machines on every floor but could not find any snack machines. The air conditioning didn't cool the room like it should have. The water pressure in the shower could have been alot stronger. Everywhere you walked was uphill. Overall it basically sucked.

I liked the location, that's it. Now that I went to Gatlinburg I will go again, but I will not stay at this hotel. I would trave about a mile away, save money and get a better hotel, and more to see. I would stay in Pigeon Forge which is about 5-7 miles away. This hotel was alittle old and needs work.

Horrible
The room was small, filthy and the curtains were broken. The front of the a/c was falling off and propped up by a broken table. All bathroom hardware was loose. No exhaust fan. There WAS a hole in the wall with a grill over it that did NOT cover ...
