39 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We stayed at this hotel because of death in family. The room was very dirty and

Their staff was rude.

We had to change rooms because the A/C unit didn't work. The morning front desk person was insulting, rude and unprofessional. I will pay twice as much per night to never have as bad a stay as this was.

I travel about 70 nights a year.

They did not offer good choices for a vegetarian at breakfast.
