The Howard Johnson Commerce is easily accessible off I-85, on Exit 149. We are AAA approved and conveniently located 1 mile from the Atlanta Dragway & Tanger Factory Outlets. We are also near popular restaurants and a movie theatre. 31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Traveling with my three year old daughter and my sixteen year old sister, we had made it from upstate NY to Georgia is just over two days. Commerce, Ga. was just over the state line, so we picked the city that I knew of from the Olive Ann Burns novel, "Cold Sassy Tree" for a rest.
The town was clean and friendly, as was the hotel. The beds and pillows were heavenly. We ate breakfast at the Cracker Barrel next door and enjoyed swimming in the pool for a few hours before we continued our trip to Atlanta.
