Howard Johnson Inn Colorado Springs Hotel

This hotel is a great value. The hotel is very clean and offers a great continental breakfast compared to most hotels in the price range. The high speed wireless made it very convenient to conduct business from my room. The staff was very courteous and helpful to all of my needs. I will surely stay every time I visit Colorado Springs.

The hotel changed ownership about a month before I arrived. There was no signage out front of the building and I had great difficulty finding it, old or new name. The housekeeping never came to my room. When I checked in, even with ringing the desk bell and calling the front desk on my cell phone, no one answered the bell or phone. Finally, someone came back to the desk just by chance. Then they charged us the wrong rate and they needed to redo my charges a couple of times.
