This place was terrible!! When we got to our room the balcony door was not attatched. The dressers had no handles, the place was dirty and smelled. The security doors did not lock and two did not even have handles. The pool was discusting. I can't...

Me and my family stayed there for my brothers graduation. I have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels but this hotel was disgusting and horrible. We had about 4 rooms in total. We refused to take showers because the towels were yellow and had holes. We called three times requesting additional towels be brought to the room but they never came. The carpet was disgusting and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The room that my parents stayed in looked as if a rabid dog had eaten through the wall. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there when we called to complain we were shrugged off. We only stayed one night because all the other hotels were booked. I was disgusted and never slept in so many clothes in my life I figured if the towels looked like the rags I clean my car with surely the bed linens couldn't be all that clean.

This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was dirty and smelled. Our balcony door was not attached to the room (it was leaning against the railing) The doors on the exterior were not locked and were missing handles. The dressers in the room were falling apart and missing their handles. There was no toilet paper dispenser. The ice bucket had a hole in the bottom. The carpet was stained. The maid service did not clean the room properly and left trash in the room.
