The rooms are quite spacious and very clean....it came with plenty of ammenities (fridge, microwave, & coffee pot) The best part was the wireless internet connection throughout the hotel...oh the complimentary breakfas was nice too!
My girlfriend and I needed a hotel late at night because we found out our apartment was infested with spiders. Not the most pleasent thing ever. After looking around Athens for a place to stay for a few hours (we checked in at around 3am) until morning, we checked in here because it was the cheapest hotel in town. We were in the room for 30 minutes, and then had to leave because of the following reasons:
1) There were bugs all over the room
2) There were pubic hairs in the bed
3) The room reeked of smoke
4) There was what appeared to be semen stains on the comforter
5) There were weird noises coming from other rooms. Did not feel safe and felt that there was a bunch of prostitution and/or drugs going on here.
The hotel would not give us our money back either. Waste of money. Waste of time. DO NOT STAY HERE! Manager was a total asshole jackoff when I tried to get money back.

This hotel is an excellent buy for your money. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. There is a pool on site that was well-kept. I was told the hotel had a recent make-over and it showed. But the best part of the hotel is its proximity to the local ammenities. I would definately and have already reccommended this hotel to my friends coming in for the UGA Football Games.
This hotel was not what we expected at all. After reading reviews, we booked three nights and were very sceptical but while not new, it was clean inside and out. The rooms across the hall were being renovated while we were there but our room was...
we were very pleased with this hotel. They staff was great, and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay.
I arrived with a one night reservation and asked the desk clerk what the cost would be for a 16 day stay. Being offered a suitable reduction from the daily rate I said I would stay 16 days, and the clerks explanation of when I would be charged made it clear that she understood my intention. Seven days later the manager told me the hotel was booked, that I had no reservation, that I must leave immediately, and that I would be charged at the rate for a single nights stay for each of the seven days. He was extremely rude and refused to wait the one hour until the clerk who checked me in would arrive, perhaps confirming that I should, at least, be charged a lower rate, and possibly even offered an apology.

Horrible
Arriving on May 1 with a 1 day reservation made through the Internet, I asked the desk clerk what the cost would be if I stayed two weeks. Receiving an acceptable answer, I said, "Ok, we'll stay until May 17." Seven days later we were told that the...
