Good central location in the Panama City area. The price was the most reasonable I found. It was quiet and convenient. However, the advertised wireless service was down, could not dial outside of the hotel on the phone, Huge hole in the top of the TV, the blanket was filthy, the shower drained ever so slow, hot water was luke warm at best, and the room was in severe need of a good coat of paint. The continental breakfast was, um, well, it was free, don't expect too much more there.
Could be a nice stay with attention to maintenance.

35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was old looking and with no modern furniture. I was expecting an indoor pool like in other Howard Johnson hotels I have stayed at, but the employees were very friendly.
I am not likely
to return to the Howard Johnson Inn - Panama City.
I would not recommend it to friends.
