For the last 6 months we spend an average of 3 days every month there. The service is good, the rooms are clean and the options where to go to eat are incredible in the area. is just a low price hotel. If somebody is complaining they should go somewhere else.

24 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The front desk staff was very rude and unaccommodating. The staff in the restaurant was not much better. When I tried to order room service, (after a long day on the road I was very hungry, and there is not much else in the area to eat,) I was told by the employee that answered the phone that "they would have to call me back". They called back a little over an hour later with no explanation for the delay. My 3 year old son also found a rather large knife in the sofa. Thank goodness he wasn't injured.

We were running from the hurricane and Ocala was where we always stay and at this hotel when it had another name. They were very helpful and friendly. The only disappointment was the restaurant; it had a limited menu and the staff was inept. But,
This is one of the cleanest, well maintained budget hotels I have ever stayed in. It has a convenient restaurant,room service,gift shop,pool and workout room. What a great place.........
