It was great. I loved how I always saw security guards in the parking lot making sure me and my car were safe. My room was always clean and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was there for a trip to Disneyland. They had the lobby decorated to reflect Disneyland and Disneyland features were on the TV. You could lay in bed and see what there was to do at the park the next day.

It was so nice. It was quiet and clean and just a wonderful time. I do think they shouldn't have charged for the shuttle to Disneyland. We couldn't afford it and had to push my mother in her wheelchair to the park and back every day.

This hotel made me feel content: It was just perfect. We had our little room with all we needed (except a microwave) we were close to the pool. We even watched the fireworks from the pool every night. We were just without want, content!

This is a wonderful hotel, and recommend it highly. I have only stayed there on business trips, but will certainly stay there for pleasure! The staff is warm and caring, and takes a personal interest in my well-being. Tremendous service.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Personal greetings when arrived; had my room available early (I arrived before 10 am); gift certificate for gift shop waiting in room for me! They are always so kind and considerate of me (female traveling alone) and go out of my way to stay here.

This hotel made me feel content: We felt as if we were in a 'homelike' setting. Not rushed or anything just comfy and content.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treat you like they truly appreciate and are grateful for your business. All concerns are addressed promptly and politely.
