The staff was so courteous! We got to breakfast at 9:05, not realizing it was over, but the staff let us eat anyway which was really great! They were all so nice, clean room too! Great price and location.

Well, the lobby and the walk up the industrial feeling enclosed stairwell to our room did not start us off with a good impression. The room layout was very nice. The bathroom was spotless, but the towels and trash can were outside the bathroom,...

The staff was okay. But our vehicle was broken into, the window was smashed and $500 worth of items were stolen. The hotel didn't offer to call police, nothing; no letters stating they're sorry, nothing; no compassion whatsoever.

Each morning, when we would go get the coffee, the front desk clerk would speak to us and ask if we needed anything. Upon arrival back to the hotel, the front desk clerk would greet us, ask if we needed anything and assured us that we could call if we changed our mind.
