Howard Johnson Florida Mall Hotel

We were denied a request for an extra towel, when we complained they were rude, we were threatened to be evicted at about 11pm.

The next day room service just listed our room as "do not disturb" and did not clean it.

The continental breakfast is a single cereal and coffee.

The room has old cigarette burned furniture, tears, holes, stains, and missing faceplates on the walls & wall paper.

Pick a different hotel.

It was an unplanned stop. The hotel was very convenient and in a good location for food, supplies etc. It was a short stop just to sleep, but everything was fine. I slept real well. Parking was good.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was in a good location, and not too expensive during high season. Rooms were plain, but fine for one night of sleeping. Parking was right outside the door.
