Howard Johnson Express Inn and Suites Hotel

I was in Toronto on business, Brampton is near where my conference was and I did not want to pay downtown prices, so I stayed at the HOJO Brampton Toronto. Just what you would expect from a reliable name, great price, big clean rooms, wonderful free breakfast and super friendly staff. Best part is the location, seemingly a million restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will be back 100% - Thanks HOJO

The hotel was nicely kept & the room was clean spacious & a comfortable stay.

The accessories such as hair dryer, ironing board, soaps, towels & coffee & other items were just right & enough, the room was fresh & clean, & overall very accomadating & comfortable.

The staff on the other hand were quite rude & uninviting, very short with their answers & not friendly at all.

Getting a room, or any answers was almost as if we were bothering them.

I assumed working at the front desk would require some customer service or at least a knowledgable answer in their job description.

I would go their again if it was last minute & just needed a place to stay for the night, but would definately not go their for the service, or recommend it to friends as a nice place to stay.
