Comfortable, affordable and walking distance to many attractions...however, slight odor of water damage.

We wanted a get-a-way for the weekend to relax and enjoy some sights.

Howard Johnson provided the relaxation and St. Augustine provided nice places to dine and sightsee.

The location was ideal for our visit. They give discounts.

There was a wonderfully nice lady at a tourist attraction desk in the lobby. She was very helpful and informative. The only thing we were not pleased with was the room seemed old and the bathroom and tub needed remodeling.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Howard Johnson Express Inn St Augustine.
I might recommend it to friends.
