This is an excellent hotel. The room was a great value for what we paid. The staff was extremely; as they always willing to go the extra distance for what we needed I will definitetly stay at the hotel again when I return here.

I am very much impressed with this hotel. The price was exceptional for the room we had. The front desk was really helpful and let us check into our room early and check out late! The room itself was fantastic. It was very clean, roomy, and updated. We also were very lucky as our room had a good view. It was really a good deal. We definitely plan on returning.

Got a good deal. You get what you pay for. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are friendly. It is located in a nice locality.I liked the hospitality and would stay again.

A really enjoyable stay. Everyone was so helpful & welcoming. They seemed to know everything about the area & all of the activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel & will come back again.

My stay at the Howard Johnson Monterey was very pleasant and I will definitely try to book there again next time. It is in a very quiet relaxing neighborhood. It is not far from the ocean and you can have very nice walks.I liked the continental breakfast.They provided a list of nice take out locations and many good restaurants within a short driving distance. This would be a place I would recommend when you want to get away for the weekend.
