The room was smelly and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no tissue paper in the rest room and a child brought some up to us. It was in a very bad part of town and the website had said it was in a good part of town. Just a lot of strange things happened on that trip to Seattle.

The location was great and the service was quite efficient. I felt that I made the right choice in using this hotel.

There was nothing really spectacular about the stay. It was pretty average.

There was a pair of men's underwear in the drawer. Kind of sums up the experience.

There was a confusing, mis-directed phone call that came through the system. Office staff worked with us to solve the mystery and communicate the message to the intended call recipient.
