41 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Carpet extremely dirty and stained.
A/c hardly worked.
Stains all throughout; curtains, walls...
Coffee maker, ice maker dirty and fungus all over it.
Chair and carpet had that dirty shiny look.
"stayed at two different rooms and conditions and same conditions"
