Poor quality hotel

41 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Carpet extremely dirty and stained.

A/c hardly worked.

Stains all throughout; curtains, walls...

Coffee maker, ice maker dirty and fungus all over it.

Chair and carpet had that dirty shiny look.

"stayed at two different rooms and conditions and same conditions"

46 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This hotel has just been renovated. It's off Hwy 27N, FL Turnpike. It's listed at an attractive price. It has a bar and a lounge, it's clean, comfortable and secure. Their staff is warm and receptive.

I am very likely to return to the Howard Johnson Express Inn Clermont.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

78 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It has a convenient location. They have adequate rest facilities and reasonable rates.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Howard Johnson Express Inn Clermont.
I might recommend it to friends.
