63 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
My only problem with this hotel is I have to call and remind them a couple times to enter my TripReward points. It’s not really a big deal.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They have always seemed happy to see me. The manager remembers me.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit too soft for my tastes but was still comfortable.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff could not find our reservation, but continued to look until the problem was solved. After getting settled into our room, we asked for suggestions for restaurants in the area and were given several suggestions as well as coupons for free appetizers. All this was done with a great attitude and several jokes!

It's in an excellent location. Some of the staff was very nice and accommodating, but the management seemed to consider guests an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place unless the management has changed.

The staff is wonderful. They are helpful and friendly no matter what time of the day or night I needed something. The rooms are very nice, quiet, and comfortable and I can't wait for my return visit in September.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: We occasionally slept in and no one bothered me with room service when I let them know we just wanted to rest. They were very accommodating to my requests to be allowed to make my own bed.
