check the mattress before you stay. We had one that appeared to have dead fleas in it. The room had an odor. After compaining we got a call frrom the manager who was very rude.

It was a nice place to be in. The accommodation was good and the amenities, though not much, were quite useful. The area attractions are too good and there are many places to sight see really. It was nice to relax after a long stroll to downtown Vernon. The service provided by the hotel staff was appreciable.This one is ideal for the budget traveler.

This was an excellent hotel. I stayed here for two nights with my family. I liked the location and the property was maintained clean. I liked their round the clock coffee shop and the responsive attitude of the hotel staff. Surely a good choice for the budget traveler.
I've been stayiong at this location on and off during my daughter's tenure at the University of Connecticut. The staff, the rooms, and the service have been nothing short of great! I would recommend this location to any traveller coming to Vernon.

The hotel was adequate, the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was ok, not spectacular at all. It was a place to stay for two nights while visiting friends.

The price was the best part. You get way more than what you pay for the room. The location is great, right off the highway and close to hartford. This was our 4th or 5th stay here, because it is in the middle between boston and nyc.
