Morning breakfast.Sleeping in a room with one bed with a wife and children when there were others available. Very unfriendly and very unwilling to confirm to the needs of their customers, I know that there were other rooms available.

In room coffee.Hard to control heat. This is really no better than the newer Motel 6s., They need to provide high speed WiFi for it to be appropriate for business travelers. They have two rooms for those traveling with pets which is a bonus.

Continental breakfast was ok.Staff were not helpful; we asked for extra pillows & never received them. Run down, unhandy location in a questionable neighborhood.
Helpful, courteous staff; complimentary breakfast; location close to downtown.Didn't like the shower heads. The spray was too fine and the head was mounted too low on the wall. Excellent service and cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay there.
