The double queen room we stayed in was very spacious.The heat was not on in our room when we arrived and it was very cold! The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. I called ahead of time to ensure that we could get the room we wanted...

The location and the service were good. The bed was too hard and the bedding was not warm enough. The climate control of the room was difficult to maintain. It was fine for one night but I would not recommend it for multiple nights.
The front desk person was friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the area.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Howard Johnson Express Inn - Lenox.
