My stay at the Howard Johnson was covienient and comfortable. The pool was great and the breakfast was plentiful. It being right off of the interstate made it no problem to find. Overall wonderful stay and no problems.

I liked the indoor pool.Needs serious updates to decor. Pool needs cleaned regularly. Air conditioners fixed. I would not recommend this hotel. Completely outdated. Pool needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
27 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Felt family run but not in a good way, the only hotel out of two months of travel that declined my card (it was used before and after w/o problem so it was their machine despite their insistence that it was my card), the a/c took nearly two hours to get the room cooled down and it wasn’t that big folks!, cloudy pool and spa, when I attempted to use the wifi it kept asking for a password and the front desk kept insisting that I didn’t need one so I finally brought my laptop down to them to prove it and they again placed the difficulties on me and my computer instead of actually trying to help solve the problem and they were rather patronizing about it too, room was clean and well furnished but that’s about all I can say

The proximity of restaurants, shopping and scenic drives.The smell of chlorine from the pool in hallway. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us.
