Howard Johnson Express College Station Motel

We were going to an A&M football game. It was hard to find. Front desk help was slow and not very helpful. Carpet in room was old and dirty. Entire facility looked shady. Front office was only nice looking part of the place. Now we know why they had rooms available. Stay here only if you have no other choice. Sleeping in your car might be better.

Everything was old, worn and stained. There were insects in the room. The door locks did not operate correctly. I had to get a new card every time I left my room. The bed was very old and lumpy.

The hotel provided excellent service.
