This place was sooo bad I could not believe it. The rooms were disgusting, the maids never bothered to change the sheets or provide fresh towels. The door peep hole was smashed in and the door appeared kicked in at one point. The furniture was...
My family and I went in to check in. We saw the view of the water and there were ducks however there was trash and shoppin carts in the grass. We checked in and when we went into the room it SMELLED like smoke and mold! This was a non smoking room...

Horrible
smelly, rotten tomato in the dented refrigerator, shower grout moldy, cigarette butts under the bed in the non-smoking room, sticky rings on all the surfaces, dirty sheets.
This was not a good place. Found it online, booked it, got there, and panicked. It wasn't it a particularly attractive part of Springfield to begin with. The room was dirty, really dirty. There weren't even sheets on the bed! What??? The people ...

The hotel is a roach motel and needs new carpeting, paint, stained mattress, soiled brown and concave mattresses like sleeping on a hill...Bathrooms not clean...And towels had someones else's hair still in a "clean towel" very gross will not stay...
