my family and I decided to make a little trip to disney and stayed at this hotel since it was close to disney and reasonably priced. It was a very bad idea. I should have just paid more money and stayed at a decent hotel. there were bugs in the...

Horrible
This was probably the worst management I've ever encountered in a hotel. If you're going to Disney and plan on staying until the parks close, do NOT stay here... unless you want to pay $25 each night via cab back to the hotel. They say "free...

Mediocre
I stayed here for two nights. The room was old and not the greatest. For a few bucks more you can stay else where and get breakfast included. The staff were the worst. They were liers who outright lied straight to my face. I was duped into staying...

Horrible
This motel has gone downhill. Our room smelled like cat urine, AC quit, spa wasn't hot, pool ladder broken, we had ants, ice machine broken, wifi kept kicking us offline. Bed box springs shook like jello, Disney shuttle came 15 minutes early,...
56 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Don't believe the claims promised on their website (or the night-lit photo), because this motel isn't what it used to be. Our room smelled of cat urine, and 30 minutes after moving in the air conditioner quit. The spa wasn't hot, the pool ladder was broken, we had ants around our bathroom sink, the ice machine was broken, and their wifi kept kicking us off line. Our bed box springs shook like jello when we sat down, the Disney shuttle came 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, the restaurant now serves Indian food (no surprise there), and breakfast is $6.99 a person. There is no longer "free evening ice cream for the kids" as advertised, they charge a $2 "convenience fee", and a man who'd been there for two weeks told me his sheets had yet to be changed (four days was long enough for me). To top it all off, our vanity (the one with ants) sported a sign reading, All linen is inventoried upon check-out. An appropriate charge will be made for missing items. Talk about guest-friendly...
Kissimmee has DOZENS of motels, many American-owned. Do yourself a favor and pick another one. ANY other one.
Boy, has this place gone downhill.

Okay
The hotel was in a good location on Irolo Bronson Memorial Highway (192), close to 535. It was next to a Pizza Hut, Bob Evans, Taco Bell and Arby's. There was an Indian restaurant attached the front of the hotel. The rooms were basic with a...
