Our stay was awful! We were in Colorado Springs for a wedding and my sister had reserved a block of rooms at a guaranteed rate. We were charged more for our rooms than her guaranteed rate. They canceled every room she had reserved after after she ...
23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We travel for a living and this hotel ranks highly as an amazing hotel for the price. It has all the luxuries of home along with being located near anything you could ever need. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful along with the hotel being exceptionally clean.
This hotel was a refreshing change! It is very clean, the customer service was wonderful, they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable! The bed was comfortable and clean. So thank you for a nice room.

My stay at the Quality Inn was excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. The newly renovated rooms, looked as if they were brand new. I slept well and after business, I had a place to wind down and have a drink. The bar and dining room...
42 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel changed ownership about a month before I arrived. There was no signage out front of the building and I had great difficulty finding it, old or new name. The housekeeping never came to my room. When I checked in, even with ringing the desk bell and calling the front desk on my cell phone, no one answered the bell or phone. Finally, someone came back to the desk just by chance. Then they charged us the wrong rate and they needed to redo my charges a couple of times.

only reason that i stayed here was "highspeed internet".. it was going on and off all night and i wasn't being able to finish my work!! when i ask front desk about it all they say was there's nothing that they could do... what kind...
