Needs a good cleaning

This hotel has a great need for the carpet to be cleaned in the rooms and hallways. The musty smell is overwhelming at times. The personnel do not always understand you when you speak proper English. The only bonus is IHOP is right next door!

The hotel was poorly maintained and not particularly clean. It was not a particularly comfortable place to stay.

It was a typical hotel. I think it was a remote location. The only other building within miles was the Ihop restaurant next door. I did not go there for a lot. I just wanted to use my room and maybe spend some time in the rooms of the friends that I was there to meet. The people at the front desk were friendly enough.

The hotel was ok and it had a great location in New York City. Even though it has been remolded it still has an old smell to it and the beds are very uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel for a one night stay but not for any longer if you want a comfortable night sleep.

It is a low class hotel - I wouldn't recommend using it for business. The restaurant closes early and there is nothing to eat later on at night. We had to drive to another location.

It was under construction, so it wasn't as pleasant as I thought it would be.

We asked for a non smoking room and was told that would be no problem but when got to our room it was a smoking room. We went back to the desk to explain and was told that was all they had, and was told to deal with it.

They hotel's physical quality was sub-par (maintenance, appearance, condition), but the hotel's staff more than made up for the deficiencies.
This hotel made me feel respected: All our concerns were addressed very promptly, in a very professional manner. And our moderately-sized group, which could get loud at times, was very decently treated by the staff in the event of any problems.

We were very unhappy with our stay there. The hotel desk person was extremely rude. The pay per view movie that we ordered was in very bad quality, the TV constantly blinked. The pool was freezing. Our toilet broke.
