Very nice place run by very nice people. Good restaurant and lounge on site. Nice pool. Large rooms and everything worked. Quiet. Very good value compared to others in the area.

The room telephone did not work. Construction dust was on everything. The water to the commode had been turned off. The carpet was dirty. The front desk clerk offered to give us a discount on our next nights stay. She said that she could not credit our card for a discount for that stay. She could have refunded and rebilled. We will never stay there again!

I am not likely to return to the Howard Johnson Cleveland.
I would not recommend it to friends.
