This place is a dump.
Whole Hotel smelled old and nasty.
Beds were very cheap & Lumpy. (also so low to the ground)
Room was just plan and simple....DIRTY.....Housekeeping ?????
TV Remote did not work.
NO Ice Machine in the whole place that worked.
All the pop machines were "sold out"
You had to go out side to a elevator to get to your room.
Was supossed to have Internet Service well the room that we stayed in did not get a strong enough service....So we had no internet. But they advertised internet included.?????
Our room was to sleep 5....Well 2 double beds don't sleep five people, we waited over a hour for room service to bring up a roll away.
we used the stay and park....while on vacation option.
The van they took us to the airport, well let's just say we were lucky to have gotten there in one piece! (Junk)
When we got to the airport and called it took 45 minutes for the driver to get there! (3 minute Drive)
unloaded our stuff off the back of the van and my kids and I started loading our truck with our suitcases..There were another couple that came back from the airport with us...Well they only had a few bags and began to load there car.....Well they did not notice that the DRIVER threw my bag into their car. And off they went......Back to PENNSYLVANIA......So know I'm still trying to get my bag back from them!! This was our carry-on bag, so it had ALL our gift and expensive items from our trip.
HOWARD JOHNSON'S Brook Park Manager is absolutrly NO HELP....He said he would take care of this matter, but instead has DONE NOTHING! No return phone calls, left messages....He is NEVER there to take phone calls, I guess when your a "manager" you don't have to work many hours or return customer phone calls.
Please consider and read all the reviews, before you stay here! Read Trip advisor too.
Save your trouble and disappointment, Spend $10.00 and get a real hotel.
