The service was great and the staff friendly and helpful with directions to places we wanted to go. Breakfast bar was very nice. Location handy to get to but neighborhood a bit iffy. Room smelled a little funny. Internet worked great. Toilet sound like a Wookie when it flushed :)

We called the hotel to see if we could check in early, clerk said no problem. Then we got to the hotel and they want extra money. The 1st time we used the bathroom the toilet had already been clog. We had to go to the desk and get a plunger(which sat outside our door all night). The room smelled like mildew and mold(have allergies to both) and you could seen mold growing in the shower. When trying to take shower the drain didn't work so by the time I was finished the water was over my ankles. The clerk told us the would give discount, when we went to check out they did not know how to give a credit, 6 days later I'm still waiting for the manager to call.

The accommodations were pleasant. The TV did not work in my room. The breakfast was too many carbs. There was no elevator. The location was good and numerous restaurants were nearby.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the friendly, experienced staff and the clean rooms.

It had a great breakfast! It’s a clean hotel and looked new. It had a good staff.

It seemed to be farther away from Philadelphia than advertised. Other than that I was satisfied.
