Howard Johnson Atlantic City Hotel

The hotel was excellent value. It had beautiful accommodations and a great staff.

The heat in the room did not work. The hotel said they would look into it in the morning. They did not offer me another room with working heat or even offer extra blankets. They did not send someone to see if I was setting it properly.

This hotel made me feel practical: It is located a block off of the boardwalk and two blocks away from the Tropicana hotel. Therefore I was able to spend a reasonable amount of money on the hotel and have more to spend on food and shows.

It was a great price. They had a courteous staff. The parking is a bit awkward but well lit.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the lobby. We were checked in expediently. The staff held the door for us.

It was fine, given the discount. But the hotel had messed up our reservations, left off a person, and made us pay to add him back on.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was much cheaper than comparable hotels.

My stay was good.
