My daughter was there for a surgical procedure. The staff was very attentive to our special needs. The hospital was supposed to send a wheel chair and didn't. The staff volunteered to take her and declined a tip. They had an excellent service and a great attitude.

We have seen the Houston Medical Center Marriott hotel through many changes---in name and also in appearance. It has been 'spiffed up' recently, and seems much cleaner. Not deluxe, but homey. Somehow, they do not yet appear to be finished.
We learned to appreciate the Marriott chain within the past 3 or 4 years. They deliver good value and a comfortable 'home-away-from-home' feeling. When the location is right, we always choose Marriott.
