58 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was lovely. The service was excellent and the desk clerk at check out went above and beyond to make certain we were happy with our stay. I asked that our sheets be changed on the first day and it was taken care of as requested. The room was very nice, but not extremely clean. The light fixtures in the bathroom needed dusting.
I felt practical because I used Marriott Bonus checks and I saved nearly $200 overall.
I am very likely
to return to the Houston Marriott Westchase.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
