Ease of convenience in checking in and out and family friendly. This is the second time that I have stayed at this particular hotel. Not only is it well kept, the proximity to the airport is a plus for those travelers flying into Houston.

I appreciated that when a few things were wrong with my 1st room, I was upgraded to a suite.Slow service, associates were not informed properly on hotel guide lines. I don't look forward to ever staying at this location again.
