The very first thing they did was to offer me a price I couldn't refuse. Then they found a non-smoking room for me without my having to ask. They simply assumed I didn't smoke a first in any hotel, except Marriott. Marriott employees in general bend over backwards to make anyone's stay as pleasant as possible.
