My new Husband and I had an early flight out for our honeymoon the morning after our wedding so we decided the best place to stay would be the Marriot at the airport. When we arrived at about midnight we were left waiting for the front desk lady to check us in for about thirty minutes while we stood there in our wedding dress and tux with full honeymoon luggage. Did I mention we were the only ones trying to check in at the time? When we finally got to our room we found that instead of the king size bed we had requested in our reservation she had put us into a double bed room. After a trip back down to the lobby we were able to get our king size room, but there was some sort of scraping noise in the walls all night long. We were so exhausted we just accepted it, but I’ll never stay there again.

We were treated exceptionally well. We were upgraded to the concierge level, we got a note from the staff indicating we were the guests of the day and we had received extra reward points. They had very nice amenities in the room. I would stay there again.

The access to the concierge level made me feel that anything I needed was available.

The hotel personnel was very polite, professional and still friendly. The front desk ladies were efficient and helpful. The bartender was excellent.

The room was decorated in a classy, relaxing manner.

It’s a great location, I did not have to leave the airport.

It was very expensive, but clean. The air conditioning unit was not the coolest. I traveled alone and I felt safe.

The workers were polite. The front desk helped me find the nearest shopping mall. The shuttle to the airport was pleasant.

The hotel was clean and convenient. The service was adequate although not effusive. I would stay here again.
