We wanted to stay in a reasonably-priced place within walking distance of "everything". This place was in an OK location and the room was decent for the price. Nothing fancy, but it was passable. Had to problems. Will certainly go there again...
I chose this place at the last minute because I was going to a wedding. I was on a tight budget, but the savings were NOT worth this! The place was dirty and ill-maintained. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. One positive factor was the ...
Just escaped from there. It was an awful experience. We booked 3 nights. One night I was waked up. You may wonder by who? Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs!!!!! My vacation has been totally ruined. I will never go back...

Stayed at Hotel du Manoir St. Denis for one night after clubbing. I wasn't satisfied at all with the hotel, I paid $80 Cdn (taxes and service fees all included) for the room and I don't think it was worth it. The hotel has a hostel feel to it, I didn't feel that the room was very clean (let's just say that the sheets weren't as white as they could be), the room was compact, the bathroom was really tiny, and the walls are paper thin. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. But one good thing about the hotel is it's location. It is close to the Berri-UQAM metro station and within walking distance of St. Laurent street where there are plenty of clubs, restaurants and bars.

Okay
This hotel makes no pretentions of grandeur, but it delivers a great location for a great price. Sure, the place could use an updating, but you go to Montreal to enjoy the city, not sit in your hotel. Front desk staff were helpful.

This is a great hotel. great location, in the middle of the city, everything is in walkable distances. cheap rooms. friendly service. room size(regular double) is decent, but not huge nor small. clean rooms. but bathroom wasn't finished.
It's got the B&B rustic charm, incredible value, clean rooms with all the amenities, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Out the front door is bustling, fun rue St-Denis.
Great price, good location, nice people

We arrived in December 05, the people were nice enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time. The place is small yet cozy, but the stairs are slightly difficult to get around. The doors seemed busted down with several lock...
This place was awesome cause it was on St Denis street in downtown montreal. A very busy street with lots to do and it was a 10 minute walk to Old Montreal. Excellent friendly staff and nice rooms. Only about $70 for a room with two double beds,...
