35 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We had been drawn in by - I admit - a sale, but even that was far too much. The Hotel Whitcomb is nothing more than a Motel 6 with fancy architecture, which is truly a shame. While it claims three stars, it barely deserves one. The hotel staff was rude, utterly unhelpful and very clearly do not understand the hospitality industry.
If you're curious, book at a real hotel, and simply drop by to view the architecture, or better yet, save yourself a headache and give this place a miss altogether.
