Hotel Washington

They're banking on their location (across from the White House) to attract guests, BUT the rooms are minuscule, the bathrooms even smaller....if that's possible.....they're stingy with towels, one pancake of a pillow, mildew smell in the bathroom, leaky toilet - just not worth the money.

The location was great. The staff was very pleasing and the rooms were gorgeous.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The rooms were large and they made me feel like I had room to move around. The staff was accommodating and polite.

It had a great central location to all the monuments. Out of my window I saw the Washington Monument. The hotel staff was very friendly and the floor maid knew which room was ours.

I enjoyed the stay. However, I had problems locating an employee to get more towels when needed. No one answered the phone.

It has an extremely fantastic location and comfortable rooms. The rooftop bar is worth repeated visits, because even though it is a bit pricey, the view is worth it. The shower pressure was terrible and the shower head was so low I had to stoop to get my
