The hotel is located in a lovely old mansion in a good location. However, our room, a "garden room" was facing a garden wall, was furnished in a way that defied common sense one head to remove the desk chair in order to access the very small and basic bathroom. The smell in the room - sewage. At night it was impossible to sleep because the toilet across the hall was used very often and the door was slammed each time, and because the doors are thin and close to each other it appeared as if the door of our room was being slammed all night. We were quoted a price of 150 euros via e-mail, but charged 170 at checkout. Stay in this hotel was also my birthday treat. When I wrote to the owner/ manager, there was no response.
