Location.Basement-level room was dark, motel-quality, and thin walls let us hear everything to side and above. Jekyll and Hyde. Portions of it are luxury/upscale, and portions of it are bad motel quality.

Elegant. Great hotel. You have to valet car. All of Newport is like that so no sense complaining. Great bar on roof. Very scenic and nice sunsets over the bay. Hotel is located about 5 blocks from Wharf so if you do not like walking try the Marriott....

I needed access to a fax machine and notary, they had both!22.00 a day for parking. The front desk helped us when we needed a fax machine and a notary when our debit account had been breeched a couple of days before our trip to Newport leaving us...

Carpets, lighting paintings, outside decor.There was a small wet part of the ceiling seen and water pressure in the shower was low in room 3031. Beautiful location; would generally recommend.

Good location, beautiful inside, very nice.No fridge. Would recommend to anyone traveling, young, old, not necessarily for a group of young people though. Couple would be better. Great place, would stay in again for the price for sure.
