this is a great hotel in milan. it's located directly at the entrance of metro, about 6 stations from the city centre - if you want to live directly in the centre, it's not for you, but it doesn't take long to get there. it's a small hotel in safe, fairly quiet location. the people at reception don't speak english though, so communication is a bit of problem, but you will handle it somehow. the rooms arent big, but clean, comfortable bet and everything's working. i also had a small balcony. there's a TV with ~15 italian channels in every room. the heating was a bit of problem, the old heating couldnt warm the room enough if you left the window open for a while. the bathroom was fine, little small but no problemo. price includes a breakfast, which is only a croissant and capuccino. super market, bakery and some other small shops/restaurants nearby. possible internet access at reception, but they charge €4 per hour for it. no free wifi. overally, it's a good place to stay with excellent price, ideal for budget-aware travellers.
