Hotel Teatro in Denver got it right.

From the moment the bellman opened the cab door to welcome you in, every connection with a hotel employee was consistent. Consistently excellent and I was surprised by my appreciation for it. Then I realized, how often does one receive a truly 'hospitable' experience in a downtown hotel in a major US city? Rarely I believe. As a seasoned business traveler, I know what I'm looking for and I know what is real and not real.

The rooms, the comfort and quality of the environment was stellar - as expected. The real beauty was the service....the unexpected excellence that was delivered from the bellman to the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeper. They all got it right.

I encourage anyone booking a hotel in Denver to only consider the Hotel Teatro for a genuine hospitable experience.

The rooms are done in very relaxing colors and luxury is at every corner. The decor is thoughtful and very comfortable. The staff is excellent and always willing to lend a hand or give you some ideas for entertainment. I love this hotel and its location for wandering the LoDo area is next to none.
