we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found it to be a great value and perfect location. Right on trolley car line. Get a day trolley pass to ride back and forth. Take the F train to Fisherman's wharf. Car rentals are near by. Used Avis to get a car to visit Muir Woods and see red woods. Union Sq has open wifi. Golden gate park is a must see. Take the bus at bottom of Powell street to park and see the Japanese Garden too. Recommend hotel and also found taking the muni (subway) is best way to get to Stratford.
