Hotel St Michel

Horrible stay. Most questions were answered with "no comprende". As my 83 yr. old friend & I only speak & understand English, there was a huge communications gap. The restaurant staff was just plain rude. The elevator did not work properly and was a trip hazard. We shortened our trip by half because of the hotel's lack of proper service. The building's architecture was beautiful. So, look but don't stay.

My room was spacious. It was elegantly appointed. It was centrally located. The parking was a challenge but valet parking was provided for a fee.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was a non-stressful check-in. My room was very spacious and comfortable.
