Hotel St Denis is a three star hotel, completely renovated with a European style that features a restaurant/bar and an indoor parking.The hotel is located downtown Montreal, near the Paris des Congres, on St Denis Street in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Next to all the restaurants and the shopping area, one block from the Berri subway station. The property is only 5 minutes walking from the Old Montreal.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights for myself and my girlfriend, and I must say that this is the worst experience with reservations I ever had, and I've booked hotels online many times before. Please don't make my mistake, and book something else.

I live near Montreal and stayed in this hotel overnight for a bachelorette party. I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is located near the Berri-UQAM metro station and several blocks away from the heart of downtown Montreal. The price was very reasonable. We decided to stay in this hotel at the last minute and was quite pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was pretty big, very clean, had a king sized bed and a sofa, also had a jacuzzi in the room but not in the bathroom...really cool. Another plus was that breakfast was also included. Can't ask for more!

I stayed 1 night at this hotel for a conference in Montreal and had a pleasant experience at this place. The room was very clean, comfortable and good-sized. There was an air conditioning machine but the sound didn't bother me too much. The bus terminal and metro station is located very close to this place so for other travellers, it's easy to get around. The bathroom was clean and in working order. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and I honestly have no negative comments about their service.
The best part of this place is the price. It cannot be beat - I paid just under $90 CAD for my room which is a bargain when you compare the prices of other hotels in the area. Not to mention, the restaurants are all within walking distance and the food was so delicious.
I will definitely be coming back here again the next time I stay in Montreal and that's saying enough.

Great bargain hotel, but the rooms have paper for walls and are in need a serious updating. No fridge or individual A/C unit. Better for younger travelors (30 and under). Pay a little more and stay at a nicer hotel.

We had a large and comfortable room. You can't beat the location as the hotel is within walking distance to Old Town and downtown. The service by the hotel staff was very good and very fast. We are planning to stay here again.
