Although there's a radiator with a control on it, it only works sporadically. After calling the front desk to complain, I was notified that it's management's policy to not have the heat on all the time. So, even if you're cold, nobody can do...

This Hotel was awful. The bathroom was gross. the towels had holes so did the sheets and blankets. I was afraid to sleep on the bed. And cabel TV ya right. They had 5 channels that worked half the time. I might as well stayed in the worst neiborhood ...
44 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is a clean hotel, and conveniently located to catch a show at the Showbox or visit the harbor side. They have a super friendly concierge. The TV reception could be better, but that was not my main concern. The rooms are clean and the room rates are fair.
